How to Place Order

Procedure:

1. To place an order or enquiry, send me an email at slleee@yahoo.ca

2. Remember to provide your full name, full address, email, contact number, model and colour of item that you want.

3. Payment has to be made by online transfer to my Maybank account. Details will be provided upon confirmation.

4. Please inform and send me a copy of payment receipt when payment has been made.

5. When payment has been received, item/s will be shipped out within 2 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

Payment Terms

Ready Stock:

- Buyers must fully settle the payment within 48hrs once order is confirmed or the order will be canceled.

Pre-Order:

- Buyers must pay 50% deposit for pre-order items.
- The remaining 50% has to be paid within 24hrs after item is confirmed to be available and ready for shipment.
- Full refund will be made if item is out of stock.

COD:

- Buyers must pay 50% deposit and the balance to be paid when item is received.
- Uncollected item will be re-listed for sale after 5 days of notification that the item has arrived.

Installment:
- 2x installment plan accepted.
- Payment must be prompt or else downpayment will be forfeited.

- All items are properly checked and wrapped before shipment to ensure that they are 100% authentic and in good condition.

- Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, no changes or cancellations can be made. All sales are final, deposits are non-refundable.

Delivery Terms

- Items will be sent via Canada Post with estimated delivery time of ~10 days unless otherwise stated.
- All items will come with gift receipt, card card, tag and coach tissue. Gift box may be provided per customer request at additional cost.

* Sometimes I may send bags back in bulk and redistribute through PosLaju. No extra postage applied. Please check with me to confirm.
